Meet Audrey Ickes, this year’s Public Affairs Intern from Jefferson City, Missouri. Audrey, a senior at DePauw University, majors in English (writing) and minors in history as well as rhetoric and interpersonal communication. With the Public Affairs team, she works closely with the Show Me Missouri Farm Bureau Magazine, writing articles for the publication. In addition to various writing projects, Audrey is learning about different forms of media, assisting with interviews, videos, and socials from preparation to recording to posting. Our first intern is Paige Jensen, our Graphic Design Intern in the Marketing Department. Paige hails from Atlantic, Iowa, and is a senior at Northwest Missouri State University, where she studies agricultural media and communication. As a part of the Marketing Department, she works with various digital software to create new digital content for social media and develops new physical content, such as brochures, for the company.Paige looks forward to making innovative content to increase reach on social media and making lifelong connections in the industry.
