We are in the heart of Bells Corners in Ottawa’s west end, and though we are quietly nestled in a private park setting, we still enjoy easy access to an extensive list of nearby services and amenities. With banks, grocery and liquor stores, pharmacies, and doctors’ offices nearby—many within walking distance—it’s easy to run errands. Although a delicious three-course dinner served in our dining room comes standard, you also have the option of customizing your dining package with additional meals if you desire less time cooking and more time relaxing. Retirement living in Nepean
In a peaceful setting tucked in a leafy established residential area, Chartwell Stillwater Creek feels like an oasis in the Nepean suburb just southwest of Ottawa. We’re located in the pretty Bells Corner neighbourhood of Nepean, on Robertson Road near Old Richmond Road, so our residence is close to essentials like restaurants, shops, services, groceries, pharmacies, transit, medical clinics, and minutes to Queensway Carleton Hospital. We are easy to access thanks to our proximity to highways 416 and 417.
Things to do in Nepean
Nepean is home to a mix of mature and newer family-friendly neighbourhoods. It’s bordered by the Ottawa River and sits within the National Capital’s Greenbuilt, so it offers an array of parks and waterfront green spaces for fresh air enthusiasts. You can join your family at the bandshell and walking trails at Andrew Haydon Park or take in the marina views next door at Dick Bell Park. If you’re more of an indoor enthusiast, you’ll want to check out live music, comedy, and theatre performances at Meridian Theatres @ Centrepointe. Nepean Creative Arts Centre is a hub for local arts, dance, and musical groups. Local restaurants serve up every cuisine you might be craving. The Log Farm offers three seasons of fun, including a traditional springtime sugar bush experience.
